Release Notes 10.0

June, 2025

We are pleased to announce the release of Version 10.0!

New Features and Improvements 

Quality Management – Major changes to the look and feel of the application will be apparent to users. Creating Questionnaires or performing Reviews is easier as the system validates all settings. An interactive form guides users through the required steps when scheduling a Review or creating a Training.

  • Naming conventions – Some screens have been renamed (For example, Topics Manager has been renamed to AI Topics to better reflect its usage)

  • User Interface – The user experience has been standardized between and across the Eleveo suite of products.

User Management – Significant changes to how roles and permissions are assigned in Quality Management will impact your users and their permissions. Please review the page Quality Management Roles. User Management and its UI components are deployed automatically once the Kubernetes module is selected in the callrec-setup script.

Licensing – All agents must be properly licensed. If an agent is not licensed, then no reviews will be scheduled for them, and no post-processing will occur for the recorded call (this applies to Automated QM, Speech recognition, as well as Speech Generative AI, among other modules).

Speech Generative AI – Eleveo Speech Generative AI now supports multiple languages. Summaries and other select outputs from Speech Generative AI are now available in the language defined by an administrator. Users can now create questions within Automated Rules using their preferred language. Refer to the pageSpeech Generative AI Integration for details and a list of officially supported languages.

User Import from Genesys – It is now possible to import from multiple sources.

Team Filtering for Webex Calling – It is possible to define which teams will be imported into User Management. The Filter allows administrators to Include or Exclude Teams from the import.

Agent Identification – Agent identification is now case insensitive.

ServiceApp for Webex – ServiceApp is now supported for integrating with Webex Calling and WebexCC.

Agent sync from Webex – Agents using Webex Essentials can now be synced via the Webex Calling integration.

Release Policy

  • Version 10.0 is a Long-Term Supported version.

  • Version 10.0 is also a Feature-to-Market Version (F2M) of the ISO. The F2M version will be released a few weeks after the LTS version.

  • Please review the Release Policy to familiarize yourself with the changes.

Deprecated Features and Integrations

The following will no longer be supported!

  • The option to export data from the Data Export screen is no longer supported. Data can be exported from individual screens or using the Data Exporter via FTP or S3 functionality.

  • Eleveo supports the use of Azure Virtual Machines.

  • All supported languages are available with Version 10.0

  • Multilingual translations - Please use the language selector dropdown on https://help.eleveo.com/.

  • The documentation distinguishes cloud and on-premise features whenever practical. Some content is only available under specific deployment scenarios. Refer to the Feature List page for more information.

  • Admin Guides and User guides are now available via dedicated websites.
