General Prerequisites
The following prerequisites need to be met before starting the Eleveo WFM application:

Eleveo User Management application has been correctly configured.

A valid link to the WFM application is available.

Valid login credentials for the Eleveo login page are available.
The following prerequisites need to be met to use the forecasting feature:

A CSV file containing historical data is available. The CSV file must adhere to the WFM defined format, as described on the File Format page. Historical data in the CSV file must be stored in 15-minute intervals.

Alternatively, historical data can be imported automatically from external sources such as Cisco UCCE/X or Webex Contact Center using dedicated importers. For more information, see the Automatic Import of Historical, Adherence and Real-Time Data page.
The application can be accessed without uploading data from an external system. However, the forecasting feature will not be fully functional.
