No new features at this time. We are focusing on improving the application.
Changes and improvements
Possibility to modify a WFM queue which consists of several merged ACD queues – With the new release it is possible to modify a WFM queue which was created by merging multiple ACD queues, even if this WFM queue is in use (a forecast - draft or production - is created for this queue). In the case that the current queue is in use, the user will be notified about this fact. The draft forecast will be recalculated using the new values, however, the production forecast will stay unchanged.
