Supported Platforms

This page describes 3rd party platforms and technologies supported by Eleveo.

We strive to keep this page up-to-date. Information is accurate for the most recent minor release.

Description of Support Levels

Support level

Details

Full Support: 

  • Compatibility with a 3rd party platform version tested and verified. 

  • Full support provided.

Limited Support: 

  • 3rd party vendors no longer provide SW patches for any platform versions that have reached the “End of Software Maintenance” state.  

  • There are known limitations that limit or otherwise impact compatibility or functionality.

  • In the event that 3rd party vendors discontinue support for their product, we reserve the right to reject support requests.

Not Supported (N/S): 

  • 3rd party vendors no longer maintain the platform versions. 

  • The feature is not compatible, not available or otherwise non-functional.

  • Eleveo support will refuse to open a ticket for unsupported platforms.

Compatible: 

  • This applies to cases where, according to the 3rd party vendor, a platform version is compatible with our product on the protocol level. However, this particular version combination has not been thoroughly tested. 

  • Eleveo supports this version, and customers running the latest Eleveo release version receive full support in case of any compatibility issues. However, resolution time may be longer than expected as internal testing and verification take time. We recommend that you test compatibility with your current configuration in a lab environment before raising a support ticket with Eleveo.

Cloud Platforms

Unlike the on-premise solutions, where we declare support for a particular version of a given platform, we do not specific versions for cloud deployments. This is due to the fact that one version is always available in the cloud. For cloud platforms, we state what kind of integration is supported in each release.

  • The current solution only supports 50 concurrent recordings per tenant.

Supported Audio and Video Codecs

Call Recording supports the following audio and video codecs for recording (each stream of the call must have the same codec):

  • G.711 A-law / μ-Law

  • G.722 (wideband) 

  • G.729 (with Annexes A, B, AB)

  • H.264 Advanced video codec (MPEG-4 AVC)
