The US Support Center

For partners and customers in the United States, the Nashville Support Center in Nashville, Tennessee is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. You can reach the Nashville Support Center using the following methods:

Customers who require assistance after business hours for critical issues should call their regional Eleveo Support Center. Critical issues and total outages will be addressed after regular office hours. Non-critical issues will be addressed the following business day.

Technical Support does not monitor web or email requests 24 hours a day. After normal business hours, all messages received through our Partner Portal or Technical Support email address are addressed the following business day.

EMEA and Asian-Pacific Support Centers

Partners and customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific should contact the Prague Support Center in Prague, Czech Republic, which is staffed Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET, excluding local holidays.
