Integration Details
Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) brings video, audio, and web communication together to meet the collaboration needs of the modern workplace. It allows anyone to create and join meetings easily, from a room or desktop video system, mobile client, or browser. Everyone gets a consistent, familiar meeting experience, whether they’re joining a meeting using a Cisco or third-party video endpoint, a Cisco Jabber® client, Cisco Meeting App, a WebRTC compatible browser, or Skype for Business. Meetings can scale easily, allowing any number of people to join, and bandwidth usage is optimized in order to reduce cost. Cisco Meeting Server provides a user experience that is simple and intuitive.
After a recording is finalized, encoded, and written to a shared Network File System, the Cisco Meeting Server Integration transfers the media to Eleveo storage and writes all the recording attached data, extracted from the CMS CDRs, into the Eleveo database. The attached data can be used when searching and displaying recordings in the Conversation Explorer.
Supported Integration Use Cases
Eleveo supports integrations for the following purposes:
Import of Media – Video Recording– Recording of CMS is achieved by retrieving a recording from the server after the recording has been completed
