Adherence and Conformance Reports – Supervisors are now able to see the Adherence and Conformance results of their agents and teams under the new tab Reports.

New UI for User Management – A new user interface for User Management has been released with a fresh graphical design. To access the new admin console, use the URL: https://<FQDN>/app/um.
