Release Notes 10.1

With pleasure, we present Version 10.1.0

This release brings the following improvements:

Improvements 

  • Enhanced support for Webex Calling and Webex Calling Customer Assist – Eleveo supports the import of historical data from Webex Calling and Webex Calling Customer Assist for WFM.

  • Continuous Migration – All functionality that was part of Continuous Migration has been moved to Cloud Connect.

  • Whitelabel support – Eleveo now supports Whitelabeling of the WFO product suite.

  • Screen Capture – It is now possible to remotely trigger the creation of a log file for an individual user. Admin users can then fetch the file and troubleshoot remotely.

  • Custom tags in WFM – It is now possible to add custom tags to queues. Refer to the documentation on Managing Schedule Elements.

  • Customer Surveys – Customer Surveys are now supported for On-premise deployments. The required files are available for download from the Eleveo portal.

  • Link Sharing – It is now possible to share links to specific conversations. Refer to the documentation Advanced Functionality of the Conversation Explorer

Additional Notes

  • Data lifecycle will be deprecated in an upcoming version. Please plan to use Retention Polices in the near future.

  • Cisco has rebranded Webex Customer Experience Essentials offering as Webex Calling Customer Assist.

  • Changes to the architecture require that integrations with Webex Contact Center or Webex Calling be reconfigured after upgrading to version 10.1.x

  • All supported languages are available with Version 10.1
