New features
My Schedule – This functionality allows contact center employees to view their schedule in the Eleveo WFM application, using the dedicated My Schedule screen. It is possible to view the schedule for the month or week, it is also possible to view historical and future schedules. Clicking on a specific day displays the number of scheduled hours broken down by particular activities.
User roles – The level of access to the application and features available are now managed by user roles. Roles granted to an individual differentiate if that user is allowed to preconfigure the application (for example, to configure people and queues or upload historical data), create and manage forecasts and schedules, or have view-only access, thus limiting access to reviewing the schedule only. Roles available include: Analyst, Scheduler and Agent.
Changes and improvements
Improved performance of the drag&drop feature – Performance of the drag&drop action for multiple scheduling elements is now improved.
User management moved from WFM into User Management – Users, as well as user roles, are no longer managed from within the Eleveo WFM application. User management needs to be performed within the Eleveo User Management application.
