New features
Scheduling email notifications – When a schedule is put to production, all people affected by the schedule are notified by email. The message sent by the system contains a direct link to the Eleveo WFM application, enabling the person to easily open their monthly or weekly view of the schedule. Also, when the schedule is removed from production, an update email is sent to inform affected people so that they may access the application and view the changes in their schedule. Read more in our documentation: Working With Production Schedules.
Changes and improvements
New Save/Update Forecast buttons – New buttons were added to the first step of the forecast creation process and the editing process. It is not necessary to proceed to the second step in order to be able to save changes. It is now possible to save/update during the first step of either these processes. Read more in our documentation: Working With Draft Forecasts.
