Fixed issues
Reference number | Description |
---|---|
WFM-1122 | A schedule created in the GMT-5 time zone was incorrectly displayed on the My Schedule page as shifted one minute back. Now this schedule is displayed correctly. |
WFM-1121 | The issue causing the error message 'Service temporarily unavailable' to randomly appear is now fixed. |
WFM-1079 | This problem was causing the 'Something went wrong' error message to appear during the forecast creation when a queue which had no ACD queue configured was selected. Now the more informative error message is displayed: 'There are no ACD queues associated to queue with this ID'. |
WFM-1078 | Up to now, the duration of the Lunch element was not included in the shift length. This issue is now fixed and the length of the shift is calculated including Lunch. |
WFM-1075 | The duration of the Vacation element was incorrectly included in the shift length. Now the problem is fixed and Vacation is not calculated into the shift. |
WFM-1069 | Due to this issue, statistics displayed on the My Schedule monthly view page were not calculated correctly. Now this problem is fixed and statistics show the correct data. |
WFM-942 | During schedule creation, when a person was selected after changing the schedule date, and then a new schedule element was assigned to this person, the element was saved for the wrong date (not the selected one). The element is now saved correctly. |
WFM-809 | The issue which was causing that the length (duration) of a schedule element was changing when the element was moved to the beginning or the end of a day is now fixed. |
WFM-671 | The 'Date from' field input on the Forecasting lab page now behaves correctly: when a date is removed using the backspace key, but not confirmed by clicking the Enter key, the value remains unchanged. |
