Cisco CUCM Integration

Integration Details

Cisco Unified Communication Manager platform is the most used integration method for multiple Eleveo features.

The following recording methods are supported in connection with CUCM:

  • Active and Passive recording with CUCM

  • CUBE Video recording

  • SIPREC

Import of users and groups is handled by CUCM User Data Importer.

Supported Integration Use Cases

Eleveo supports integrations for the following purposes:

  • Recording – Recording and the import of additional metadata is supported by Eleveo for Cisco

  • Screen Capture – Is supported by Eleveo for Cisco

  • Users and groups import – Ensure that the correct users and groups are matched to media recordings

  • User Authentication – User authentication is supported

  • Conversation Explorer – Search, view, and playback recorded media

  • Quality Management – Perform quality reviews from within Eleveo Quality Management

  • Live Monitor – Is supported by Eleveo for Cisco
