Cisco CUCM Integration

Supported for on-premise DEPLOYMENTS + Hybrid Deployments

Purpose

This guide provides a general overview of Cisco UCM Integration, aimed to Customer's Cisco UCM (CUCM) Administrators. No previous steps are required.

Prerequisites

  1. Customer's CUCM CM Administrator access credentials.

Integration Details

Cisco Unified Communication Manager platform is the most used integration method for multiple Eleveo features.

The following recording methods are supported in connection with CUCM:

  • Active and Passive recording with CUCM

  • CUBE Video recording

  • SIPREC

  • Import of users and groups is handled by CUCM User Data Importer

Limitations

  • It is not possible to import from CUCM to User Management users who were first synchronized from the LDAP server to CUCM. Only local CUCM users can be imported to User Management.
