Purpose
This guide provides a general overview of additional integrations with VoIP systems. No previous steps are required.
Prerequisites

SSH root access to the Eleveo server (default is admin/zoomcallrec; the command to enable root is
su -with the same password). -
Access to the Eleveo callrec web UI as admin (default password is admin).

Customer's VoIP system Administrator access credentials.
