Cisco CUBE Integration

Supported for on-premise DEPLOYMENTS + Hybrid Deployments

Purpose

This guide provides high-level information about the Eleveo integration with CUBE in SIPREC or NBR mode. No previous steps are required.

Prerequisites

  1. Eleveo server installed with the second NIC

  2. ssh root access to the Eleveo server (default is admin/zoomcallrec, the command to enable root is su - with the same password).

  3. Access to Eleveo callrec webUI as admin (default password is admin).

  4. Customer's CUBE Administrator access credentials.

  5. Customer’s voice gateway Administrator access credentials.

Integration Details

CUBE is especially suited to facilitating:

  • PSTN interconnect using Internet service provider SIP trunks, which allow rapid service delivery and the possibility of capacity pooling across locations.

  • Migration from TDM to SIP public telephony trunk services. As a number of Cisco routers allow the concurrent use of voice gateway and CUBE features, a phased trunk migration is possible without requiring changes to the enterprise call control platform.
