Overview
The studio environment allows for the creation, modification and deletion of draft schedules. Users can create multiple draft schedules based on the production forecast. Schedules may cover different time periods and these periods may even overlap. Each draft schedule can be selected from within the studio environment to be a production schedule.
The WFM_VIEW_SCHEDULE role is required to view schedules. This role is included by default in the WFM_ANALYST and WFM_SCHEDULER composite roles. The WFM_CREATE_SCHEDULE, WFM_EDIT_SCHEDULE, and WFM_DELETE_SCHEDULE roles are required to create, edit, and delete draft schedules, respectively. These three roles are included by default in the WFM_SCHEDULER composite role. Read more about Workforce Management Roles.
