With pleasure, we present Version 10.3.0

This release brings the following improvements:

Improvements 

  • Deletion of Automated Rules – Any Rule can be deleted at any time by users with the correct permission.

    • IMPORTANT – Deleting an Automated Rule removes the rule and all of its evaluation data from Reports and the Conversation Explorer.

  • Scheduling Reviews Export – The scheduling reviews export functionality has been added, allowing authorized users to export review data from the Reviews screen via scheduled exports.

  • Edit, Share and Transfer Ownership of Saved Filters in Quality Management – Users with enhanced permissions can view, edit, or transfer ownership of Saved Filters.

  • Reviews 'Reveal to agent' behavior has changed – Reviews that are not revealed to the agent are now fully hidden from the agent across all Quality Management screens.

  • New scheduling engine in Workforce Management – the improved engine offers more settings and greater flexibility for schedule creation.

  • Forecast redesign (UI changes) in Workforce Management will be apparent, these changes are cosmetic in nature.

  • Historical Data Export in Workforce Management is supported.

  • Improved Data Export via SFTP or S3 – A new UI enables users with the appropriate permissions to enable and configure data exports.

  • Recording Rules for Microsoft Teams – The Eleveo Recording Bot (ERB) supports granular recording rules for Microsoft Teams calls. Administrators can enable or disable recording independently for each call type and direction.

  • Screen Capture Configurable Pre and Post Call Recording time frame – The screen capture application allows admins to configure fixed-duration timers that enable screen recording before and after a call.

  • Bidirectional Hybrid – A newly supported deployment type enables on-premise applications to securely connect to selected Eleveo cloud services, such as Speech Recognition and Generative AI. Take advantage of cloud-based processing capabilities while retaining on-premise infrastructure.

  • Finesse Gadget + UCCE 15.x – The Finesse Gadget is compatible with the UCCE/UCCX 15.x API.

  • Tabs contain names – When multiple tabs are opened, users can more easily navigate between them as they are named correctly.

  • UCCE/X metrics have been removed from the Dashboard – Metrics and KPI's sourced from UCCE / UCCX are no longer supported within WFO analytics / Reports. Other reports/datasources are unaffected.

Additional Notes

  • Retention policies are automatically updated to reflect changes in the backend. Retention rules using metadata. In advanced criteria expressions, are automatically migrated to segment.metadata. Administrators should review the Post Upgrade Tasks documentation related to this change.

  • The Voci Speech Recognition integration will be deprecated and entirely removed by January 2027. An alternative speech provider can be configured.

  • The Phonexia Speech Recognition integration has been deprecated as of v 10.3. An alternative speech provider can be configured.

  • The Integrations API endpoint (part of the Conversation Explorer API) will be deprecated in an upcoming release.

  • Data lifecycle will be deprecated in an upcoming version. Please plan to use Retention Policies in the near future.

  • The on-premise Amazon Connect integration is no longer supported; it is fully supported for Eleveo Cloud Native installations.

Security

  • Version 10.3 contains a fix for the CVE-2026-463000vulnerability.

Documentation

  • Documentation related to Roles and Permissions has been simplified. Information from multiple pages has been unified on a new page namedRoles and Permissions.

Localization

  • All supported languages are available with Version 10.3
