Getting Started
The Eleveo WFM solution ensures that properly trained people are working optimized schedules to answer contacts with the highest resulting service level. This is achieved through the performance of regular tasks including: generating forecasts, creating new schedules, assigning them to people, as well as managing change and exception requests to the schedule on a daily basis to account for unpredictable circumstances.
