Our Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement
Eleveo a.s. is committed to making its website(s) accessible.
This accessibility statement applies to the user and administrator documentation available via the following URL links:
Eleveo Documentation
The website provided by Eleveo a.s. and hosted by a third-party partner does not fully meet the accessibility criteria as defined by the WCAG version 2.2 standards. The non-compliance(s) are listed in the section below named Non-accessible content.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website. For example, that means you should be able to:
change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
listen to most of the website using a screen reader (but we do not test this functionality at this time)
We’ve made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
We do not currently test compatibility with mobile devices.
Enforcement procedure
For users resident in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) or Northern Ireland:
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’). If you’re not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). If you are based in Northern Ireland please contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland (ECNI).
Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Eleveo is committed to making its documentation website accessible and is actively working on improving accessibility.
Compliance status
These website(s) are partially or non-compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliance(s) listed below.
Non-accessible content
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
We know some parts of our website(s) are not fully accessible:
Most older PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software and are untagged
Embedded video content does not always contain closed captioning/subtitles - however, the prerecorded videos displayed within our documentation are alternatives for the text displayed on the same webpages.
Embedded video content may not display properly and contains <iframe> or <frame> elements without accessible names
The help pop-up/feedback icon may interfere with screenreaders
We have not fully tested the site with screen readers or other assistive technology
Some pages contain tables that are not resizeable, or they spill across the screen when magnified
Our documentation sites are hosted by a third-party provider who tests their default settings against the WCAG 2.1 standards. We test our site internally using a tool called AXE to help with our goal of achieving compliance with accessibility recommendations.
(WCAG) 2.2 specifics
We are not currently compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. for the following reasons:
iframes may be nameless
ALT text is not provided for all images on our documentation sites.
PDF files (exported) do not:
Contain ALT text for images
PDFs are not tagged properly in all cases
Table elements in PDF files may not contain the correct structure to help determine the context of a table entry, such as the row or column titles.
Tables are recognized as images and show as missing ALT text
Headers such as H3 and H4 are not properly recognized or are viewed as inline text
We plan to revisit our compliance in the near future. We are continually upgrading the content and systems we use when publishing our materials.
Disproportionate burden
N/A
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDFs and other documents
Accessibility regulations do not cover non-essential content and archived content. For example, we do not plan to fix archived media, PDFs, or website content. All content published via PDF is available in an alternative format via our help.eleveo.com or help-auth.eleveo.com
Any new PDFs we publish should meet accessibility standards, with the exception of ALT text for images. Although we are working to correct this.
