Prerequisites

Supported Browsers

The following web browsers are supported:

• Google Chrome (recommended)

• Microsoft Edge

• Mozilla Firefox

• Safari

General Prerequisites

The following prerequisites need to be met before starting the Eleveo WFM application:

1. Eleveo User Management application has been correctly configured.

2. The user has obtained the link allowing access to the WFM application.

3. The user has valid credentials allowing for login via the Eleveo login page into the WFM application.

The following prerequisites need to be met to use the forecasting feature:

1. The user has a CSV file that contains historical data. The CSV file needs to adhere to the WFM defined format, as described on the File Format page. Historical data contained in the CSV file should be stored in 15-minute intervals.

Note that the application can be accessed and used even without having uploaded any data from an external system. However, the forecasting feature will not be fully functional.
