New features

Data import tracking – In the new version the Data Import screen provides a table with details of all historical data import processes. It indicates the date and status of the import (successful or not), as well as type (manual via UI, or automatic). Learn more: Managing Data Import.

Changes and improvements

Undo/Redo buttons – Undo and Redo buttons have been added to the scheduling pages. They allow for the user to revert one (or more) steps, as well as to perform them again.

Automatic import of historical data – It is now possible to import historical data automatically, using the dedicated Data Provider applications. Read more about this functionality: Historical and Adherence Data Import From UCCE, UCCX.

Automatic import of users and groups – It is also possible to import users and groups from UCCE/X servers into User Management, using the dedicated Data Provider. These users will be visible in the WFM and schedules can be created for them. Read more about this feature: User Import From UCCE, UCCX, CUCM.
