Eleveo WFM Release Notes provide information on the features and improvements in each release:

Release Versions - explanation

Eleveo WFM version numbers consist of up to 5 parts: YY.MM.DD.BUILD[.PATCH]

YY, MM and DD represent the year, month and day of the release
BUILD represents the number of the release, and increase incrementally with each release
PATCH is added as an optional parameter to indicate a release that has occurred outside of the regular schedule, and mostly applies to hot fixes
