With pleasure, we present Version 10.2.0

This release brings the following improvements:

Improvements 

  • The Eleveo suite is now available to be embedded into the Webex Contact Center Desktop (for new integrations only) – Users of Webex Contact Center Desktop can now access the Eleveo Suite directly from within the Webex Contact Center Desktop. Login is possible via SSO.

  • User Management UI – We have introduced minor changes to the user experience for User Management.

  • WFM in Unified UI – The Workforce Management application has been modernized and is now part of the Eleveo Suite module (using the common Unified Navigation).

  • Amazon Connect integration enhanced – Eleveo now supports the import of User Sync, Historical Data, as well as RTA and adherence data for cloud customers.

  • Screen Capture for CCaaS is now enabled for Amazon Connect – Eleveo now supports Screen Capture for deployments utilizing Amazon Connect.

  • MS Teams – Recording of MS Teams Video (including shared Screen content) is supported. Recordings can be played back within the Conversation Explorer and assessed as with other media files.

  • Azure – Eleveo now supports Speech Recognition installations within Azure environments.

  • Speech Generative AI changes related to licensing – Newly, if any segment within the conversation contains a licensed agent, the entire conversation will be processed. This ensures that conversations with multiple segments, pre-call recorded audio, or IVR recordings.

  • Speech improvements – Acoustic parameters are now supported for the Speechmatics integration.

Additional Notes

  • The Phonexia Speech Recognition integration has been deprecated as of v 10.3. An alternative speech provider can be configured.

  • The Voci Speech Recognition integration will be deprecated and entirely removed by January 2027. An alternative speech provider can be configured.

  • The Integrations API endpoint (part of the Conversation Explorer API) will be deprecated in an upcoming release.

  • Data lifecycle will be deprecated in an upcoming version. Please plan to use Retention Polices in the near future.

  • The on-premise Amazon Connect integration is no longer supported; it is fully supported for Eleveo Cloud Native installations.

Security

  • Version 10.2 contains a fix for the CVE-2026-31431 "Copy Fail" vulnerability.

Localization

  • All supported languages are available with Version 10.2
