Preparing Zoom Contact Center for Integrations
Purpose of this guide: This guide shows how to create a Zoom Contact Center (Zoom Contact Center) Server-to-Server OAuth application, which is required in order to connect the Eleveo Zoom Contact Center Media and User Importers.
Audience: Customer, partner, or other professional responsible for the Zoom Contact Center platform administration

When: These steps are required when you want to configure the Zoom Contact Center platform to integrate with the Eleveo solution.

Registering a new Server to Server OAuth app
As a current Zoom Contact Center tenant, you can register a new Server to the Server OAuth app. Go to the Zoom marketplace page using this link https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and Sign In using your Zoom Contact Center admin credentials.
Once signed in, go to the top right corner and select Develop and Build app
Chose Server-to-Server OAuth as your application type and click Create
Name your application and click Create
On the App Credentials page, copy the Account ID, Client ID and the Client Secret, as you will need this information when Configuring ETL Management for Zoom Contact Center Integration. Then click Continue.
Fill in the app's basic information and click Continue.
Leave the Feature page unchanged and click Continue.
On the Add Scopes page, click Add Scopes.
On the new Add scopes window, select the scopes listed below:

After having selected all the scopes, click Done.
Double-check your scope selection and click Continue.
Click Activate your app.
