To fully utilize the functionality provided by Eleveo Workforce Management it is necessary to take advantage of enhanced integrations with other systems. Integration with contact center platforms, for example, Cisco UCCE and UCCX, offer additional value through support for the import of historical data and/or users and groups. As a result of such an integration, real data from the past can be used during the creation of future forecasts. Additionally, synchronization of users and groups from an external database simplifies the configuration of Eleveo users and enables functionality like; reporting of schedule adherence or role mapping.
