New Features
Defining a time zone for a queue – It is now possible to select a default time zone for each queue added to the application. Forecasts and schedules are then created (by default) in time zones that are set as the default time zone for the queues. However, it is also possible to change the view and display forecasts and schedules in other time zones, for example, the time zone of a scheduler, of a person assigned to a schedule or any other time zone. This functionality simplifies and makes the forecast and schedule creation process more accurate, especially for global teams. It also avoids the need to manually calculate the time zone an agent works in. To learn more, visit the pages Adding a New Forecast and Manual Scheduling.
Configurable time intervals – When adding a new queue, it is now possible to configure a default time interval for historical data that will be imported for this queue. This enhancement increases the flexibility of the configuration because channels like Email or Chat usually use one-hour (or longer) data intervals, while the Voice channel uses 15 minute intervals.
