Purpose of the User Guide

This guide is intended for contact center professionals (managers, supervisors, team leaders) who are responsible for managing the users and user groups of the Eleveo applications. The proper configuration will ensure that all end users have the correct set of privileges required to access the applications and take full advantage of all functionalities. The following guide provides a detailed description of various daily tasks, such as adding and configuring user accounts, managing group membership, managing application roles, as well as importing application licenses.
