New features
Working in Office/Working Remotely statuses – To help to comply with the local regulations regarding the number of people working in one office, a new feature was added to the schedule creation wizard. It allows to define a number of available seats and based on this, to set a status of a person - Working in Office or Working Remotely. This status is then displayed in the person's schedule (in the My Schedule view). Find more details on the page: Manual Scheduling.
Changes and improvements
A new way how a person and a queue are added/edited – Instead of a Add New Person/Queue or Edit Person/Queue screens, a right pane was introduced which allows to add or modify people or queues. Read more: Managing People and Managing Queues.
Fixed issues
