New features

No new features at this time. We are focusing on improving the application.

Changes and improvements 

Selecting all schedule elements at once – It is now possible to select all schedule elements for a given person at once. Use the new Select All option. Read more: Working With Draft Schedules

Dynamic labels for schedule elements – To improve visibility, names of the schedule elements are now dynamic. The full name of the schedule element is visible on a label. When it is too long to fit, it changes to a shortcut (for example, only the first two letters are displayed).

Dynamic filtering – There is no need to submit filtering or search criteria. Dynamic filtering on the Forecasting Lab, Scheduling Studio and People screens allows for the simultaneous display of results while entering criteria. Warning messages after using the Cancel button – New warning messages will indicate that there are unsaved changes during schedule creation or modification. The user can then save changes before leaving the page or abandon the changes. See our documentation: Working With Draft Schedules

Redirect to the Users page – After using the Switch Applications icon and redirecting to Eleveo User Management the user will be directed to the Users screen, which is the starting point for user configuration.

New user menu – A new user menu, located in the bottom left corner, provides the option to log out or to be redirected to the account settings in User Management.

Validation of scheduled people – When a schedule is saved all people assigned to that schedule are verified to confirm that they still exist. In the case that a person was deactivated or deleted a warning message will display. Read more: Working With Draft Schedules
