New features
Possibility to copy a schedule – To simplify the process of schedule creation, the option to copy and paste an exiting schedule was introduced. Assign daily activities to one person only, then copy this schedule and paste it to another person or a group of people. Read more in our documentation: Working With Draft Schedules.
Possibility to clear a schedule – There is no longer the need to delete each activity assigned to a person separately. New functionality allows the removal of the whole daily schedule assigned to one person with one click only. Refer to: Working With Draft Schedules.
Changes and improvements
Scroll bar in the schedule table – It is now possible to scroll only the list of people assigned to the schedule and their activities. This new option simplifies the schedule creation process, because the forecast chart and activity elements stay in place on the screen. Read more in our documentation: Working With Draft Schedules.
Hide/Show not working people – A new switcher allows the user to hide/show all people assigned to a schedule, those who have no activities assigned or those whose activities are non-working (on vacation or out sick). As a result, the list of people is shorter and more transparent, showing only these people who will be effectively working according to the schedule. Read more in our documentation: Working With Draft Schedules.
New Save/Update Schedule buttons – New buttons were added to the first step of the schedule creation and editing process. It is not necessary to proceed to the second step in order to be able to save changes. It is now possible to save/update during the first step of either of these processes. Read more in our documentation: Working With Draft Schedules.
New design of the 'Page Not Found' and 'Access Forbidden' pages – To improve the user experience and standardize the look of the application, new pages were added. In the event that an incorrect URL is used or the user has insufficient privileges, a relevant notification, matching the design of the application, will display.
Warning messages after using the Cancel button – New warning messages will indicate that there are unsaved changes during forecast creation or modification. The user can then save changes before leaving the page or abandon the changes. See our documentation: Working With Draft Forecasts
Better view of a schedule timeline – To improve the clarity of the schedule, the default beginning of a timeline is now set to the start of the first activity minus one hour.
