We are pleased to announce the release of Version 9.7!
New Features and Improvements
Retention Policies – Eleveo introduces a complementary method for scheduling media deletion or retention from within the Quality Management UI. Administrators, with the required permission, can create rules that will trigger the removal of media. Please refer to the new page named Retention Policies.
New UI for User Management – A new user interface for User Management has been released with a fresh graphical design. To access the new admin console, use the URL: https://<FQDN>/app/um. The legacy interface is still available, under the URL: https://<FQDN>/auth-login. To read more about accessing User Management refer to the documentation page Login to User Management
User Data Importers – The way that User Data Importers are deployed has changed significantly in this version. They are no longer deployed from Rancher, but as part of the callrec-setup process. They can also be deployed manually.
API access has been improved – To facilitate the use of APIs accessible to third-party applications, we have improved the authentication methods used. Administrators can create a dedicated Client in User Management to authenticate against.
Data Exporter – This dedicated tool allows administrators to export data from the Eleveo Solution in CSV format. It simplifies and automates regular data export to FTP or S3 for use in external reporting systems.
Release Policy
Version 9.7 is a Feature To Market Version (F2M).
The next on-premise Long-Term Support (LTS) version will be released in 2025 – migration of data from previous versions will be supported.

Localization
All supported languages are available with Version 9.7
All modules now support the Ukrainian language – users can select their preferred language when they log in.
Documentation
Russian and Spanish Language versions of the User Guides have moved. Navigate to https://help.eleveo.com/ to access the pages.
The documentation distinguishes cloud and On-Premise features whenever practical. Some content is only available under specific deployment scenarios. Refer to the page Feature List for more info.
Admin Guides and User guides are now available via dedicated websites.
User guides are accessible via help.eleveo.com as before.
Administrative guides are available for all users logged into the Eleveo portal (we have implemented Single Sign ON recently, you may need to reset your password or register for portal access).
