Default Application Roles

Overview

Each application is considered as a client in Eleveo User Management. After the client is registered, the roles specific for this application are imported and can be assigned to users.

The following applications can be registered in Eleveo User Management:

  • Eleveo WFM (visible on the Roles Mapping tab as WFM)
  • Eleveo Quality Management and its modules (visible on the Roles Mapping tab as QM - shared roles, QM, Surveys, Conversation Explorer, SpeechREC, eLearning, LiveMON, WFO Analytics, Automated QM)
  • Eleveo ETL Management (visible on the Roles Mapping tab as ETL Management)
Note that Eleveo User Management itself is also considered as a client. Roles used to manage access in the User Management application can be found under the User Management application.

User Management Roles

Roles that are necessary to perform any actions related to managing users, groups or roles. By default, they are assigned to the eleveo.admin user.
