Amazon Connect integration enhanced – Eleveo now supports integration with the Amazon Connect platform for: User Sync, SSO, Historical Data, RTA and Adherence Data for cloud customers.

Screen Capture for CCaaS is now enabled for Amazon Connect – Eleveo now supports Screen Capture for deployments utilizing Amazon Connect.

Reports – New Reports are available. Depending on your installation, new reports may be available. Examples include; AI Insights Report, or Agent's Activity Overview Report.

The Eleveo suite can be embedded into Webex Contact Center Desktop – Users of Webex Contact Center Desktop can now access the Eleveo Suite directly from within the Webex Contact Center Desktop. Login is possible via SSO.

MS Teams – Recording of MS Teams Video (including shared Screen content) is supported. Recordings can be played back within the Conversation Explorer and assessed as with other media files.

WFM in Unified UI – The Workforce Management application has been modernized and is now part of the Eleveo Suite module (using the common Unified Navigation).
